We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Smart Bazaar store in Hospete/Gadag/Basavakalyan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize stock loss.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability and quality.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-10 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
