Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the New Store Opening (NSO) process from development through project completion
  • Manage critical dates for NSO and onboarding activities
  • Interact with all organizational levels, including employees and external vendors
  • Resolve issues related to fixtures, signage, equipment, and supplies
  • Support store operating processes and in-store execution
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes and procedures
  • Under managerial direction, develop and revise new store opening procedures
  • Collaborate directly with stores and field management to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support or manage other operations projects as assigned by the Director, Operation Services
  • Work on store layouts and coordinate branding
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination
  • Plan and tabulate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for stores
