Key Area Of Work

  • Knowledge f ERP software, Preparation of material Indent. Preparation of G.R.N
  • Check-in of material inward and outward. Performing inventory inspections and recording supplies and stock as necessary.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, Update internal databases with order details
  • Follow up with suppliers, purchase department for material delivery
  • Checking of material Balance stock in Store, Quantity of material is counted and counter checked with challan copy
  • Issue of material to contractor and Keeping record, Preparation of matrial stock report
  • Regular monitoring the matrial management, availability, minimum stock values, store managements and day to day material consumption
