Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Pune City. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive customer experience, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention protocols, and training staff. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the store's standards and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention processes and practices
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a retail, luxury, or jewelry environment is a plus
