Job Overview
As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage P&L and team development, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Master all menu items and preparation techniques
- Manage store P&L and unit economics
- Provide leadership and foster positive team environment
- Develop efficient staff scheduling
- Serve as point of contact for B2B and subscription orders
- Conduct internal audits for operational compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers and corporate clients
- Lead daily performance and planning meetings
- Conduct review sessions to implement improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
- 4+ years kitchen experience including management
- Advanced understanding of kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- P&L and unit economics knowledge
