Position Summary
Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Store Manager responsible for efficient management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing environment.
The role involves ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, stock monitoring, and coordination with production and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw material inward and outward activities.
- Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.
- Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.
- Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.
- Control material issue processes as per production requirements.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability.
- Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
- Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.

Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
