This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager in Retail Operations, located in Ranchi. The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and management of the retail store, including team supervision, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves implementing sales strategies, tracking performance, and fostering a positive work environment to ensure the store meets its objectives.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise, guide, and motivate store staff
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring stock accuracy
• Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Sales and performance tracking capabilities, including the ability to implement strategies for achieving targets
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of retail operations, compliance, and adherence to company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in retail or store management is highly preferred
