Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service at our luxury furniture showroom in Ghitorni. The candidate will also coordinate with interior designers, architects, builders, and clients for furniture planning and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete showroom operations and daily retail activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and builders for ongoing projects
• Conduct customer site visits for measurements and furniture placement planning
• Provide product demonstrations and furniture consultation to clients
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and retail loss prevention activities
• Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and visual merchandising
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Lead and manage showroom staff effectively

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail store management
• Experience in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, or lifestyle industry preferred
