Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
•Drive store sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
•Ensure high conversion ratios and walk-in to booking optimization
•Execute local marketing activities and lead generation campaigns
•Manage test rides, customer engagement, and closures
2. Team Management
•Lead, train, and motivate store executives
•Monitor daily performance and set individual targets
•Conduct morning briefings and performance reviews
•Ensure discipline, grooming, and productivity of staff
3. Customer Experience
•Deliver premium showroom experience aligned with brand standards
•Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
•Maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score)
•Ensure seamless handover and delivery experience
4. Operations & Compliance
•Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling
•Ensure adherence to company SOPs and audit compliance
•Coordinate with backend teams for billing, deliveries, and documentation
5. Inventory & Asset Management
•Track vehicle stock and accessories
•Ensure proper display and demo readiness
•Manage test ride vehicles and charging infrastructure
6. Business Development
•Identify local opportunities (corporate tie-ups, events, RWAs)
•Drive community engagement and brand visibility
•Analyze competition and market trends
Key KPIs:
•Monthly sales target achievement (%)
•Conversion ratio
•Test ride to booking ratio
•Customer satisfaction (NPS)
•Team productivity
Eligibility Criteria:
•Graduate / MBA preferred
•2-4 years of experience in automobile / EV / retail sales
•Proven experience in team handling and target achievement
•Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Background:
•Experience in EV, 2W/4W dealership, or high-volume retail
•Exposure to startups or fast-paced environments
Compensation:
•Fixed + Incentives (performance-based)
