Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing the store's team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, handling inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also communicate effectively with staff and customers to optimize store performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
  • Strong Communication abilities to interact with team members and customers effectively
  • Experience in Store Management with knowledge of operational efficiency and achieving sales targets
  • Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize risks and maintain inventory integrity
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred
