This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at Nanoclean, located in Delhi, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, prevent retail losses, and ensure the store meets its sales and operational objectives. Additional responsibilities include training and managing staff, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive store environment.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
• Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
