Key Deliverables:

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the Airtel store, adhering to SOPs and brand presentation standards.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain for stock availability and performing regular audits.
• Drive store revenue while maintaining cost efficiency through transaction tracking and budget adherence.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences by resolving issues, assisting with product knowledge, and enhancing satisfaction.
• Prepare store for formal launches, conversions, and ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop store staff through regular coaching, performance reviews, and training on sales and product expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and HR to ensure consistent alignment with organizational strategies.
