Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Ludhiana. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, meet sales goals, and manage inventory. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, implementing retail strategies, and ensuring loss prevention measures are followed. The Store Manager will also address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure that the customer experience meets company standards.

- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to efficiently oversee operations and mitigate risks.
