Job Description
Position: Store Manager - Only Female Candidates
Department: Retail Operations
Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata / Vizag /Tirupati/ Guwahati/ Bhubaneswar/ Raipur
Experience: 1+ year in retail, preferably in retail
Job Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock audits, and shrinkage.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve targets.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Monitor key store KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash reconciliation, and basic administrative activities.
