We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead flagship store operations, drive luxury service standards, and elevate team performance across high-traffic urban locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience to meet luxury brand KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams — fostering a culture of clienteling, product expertise, and brand storytelling.
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling, VIP client retention, and execution of seasonal campaigns aligned with global merchandising directives.
- Ensure adherence to luxury service protocols — from personalized styling to seamless checkout and post-purchase follow-up.
- Collaborate with regional HQ on stock allocation, markdown strategy, and store layout optimization to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Resolve escalated client concerns with discretion and empathy — maintaining brand integrity and loyalty in high-stakes service moments.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Luxury Retail Operations
- Clienteling & Personal Styling
- Visual Merchandising (VM)
- POS Systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP, or similar)
- Inventory Management (Cycle Counts, Stock Reconciliation)
- KPI Dashboards & Sales Analytics
- Team Leadership (5+ team members)
- Customer Complaint Resolution
Preferred
- Experience with international luxury brands (e.g., Gucci, Zara Luxury, Prada, etc.)
- Fluency in Hindi + English (written & spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LoyaltyOne, or bespoke brand systems)
