Luxoro Formello® is a premium Indian footwear brand specialising in handcrafted luxury formal shoes and leather accessories.
As we expand our retail presence, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our new store at Pacific Mall, Jaipur.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving store performance, developing the team and ensuring that every customer receives the level of service expected from a premium luxury brand.
Training Before Store Launch
The selected candidate will undergo paid training at our flagship store in South Extension II, New Delhi before taking charge of the Jaipur store.

- Product, styling, sales and store-management training
- Permanent posting at Pacific Mall, Jaipur after successful training
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Jaipur store
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, train and motivate the store team
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
- Build strong relationships with high-value and repeat customers
- Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation and store standards
- Manage inventory, stock movement and daily store processes
- Ensure accurate billing, reporting and operational discipline
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with the management team on sales, inventory and store performance
- Maintain the brand's luxury positioning and service standards at all times
We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably premium or luxury retail
- Experience in managing a retail store or leading a sales team
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, confident and well-groomed personality
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good understanding of customer service and retail operations
- Interest in fashion, footwear and luxury
- Strong ownership, discipline and attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur after completing training in Delhi
