Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Kunnamkulam for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing staff, drive KPIs, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role requires maintaining inventory, merchandising products, handling customer queries, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading the team to deliver optimal store performance. The Store Manager will also be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and dynamic shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and operational management skills
• Experience in customer service, sales management, and creating excellent in-store experiences
• Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and achieving sales objectives
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments with on-site operational responsibilities
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Prior experience in retail, store management, or sales is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic, customer-focused, results-driven environment
