Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Jaipur. The Store Manager will oversee all store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain high standards of customer service, and implement effective loss prevention strategies. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, analyzing sales performance, and resolving customer concerns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster exceptional shopping experiences
• Proven expertise in Store Management and Retail operations
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and managing staff
• Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Prior experience in retail, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods, is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus
• Able to manage digital as well as social media marketing team and ensure the growth of the company.
