Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management

• Manage daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper product displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
• Monitor store performance and resolve operational issues.

2. Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock and store supplies.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, damage, and losses.

3. Sales and Revenue Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Implement promotional activities and sales strategies.
• Analyze sales reports and recommend improvements.

4. Staff Management and Supervision

• Supervise, train, and motivate store employees.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure staff follow company policies and customer service standards.

5. Customer Service

• Ensure customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchange requests.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
