JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and maximise profitability
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimise shrinkage
- Prepare sales reports, analyse performance, and recommend improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and Singapore retail regulations
REQUIREMENT
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
