Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager at our Chennai flagship showroom. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high standards in retail management. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing loss prevention strategies, and communicating effectively with both employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years of experience in jewellery files as a Manager level positions must.
• Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a premium shopping experience.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in Store Management and Retail operations, including staff supervision and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining store aesthetics.
• Previous experience in jewelry retail is a plus.
• Education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
