Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in New Delhi. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain exceptional customer service, and manage store inventory. Key responsibilities include handling team management, driving sales goals, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining store aesthetics and overall presentation. The Store Manager will work closely with the leadership team to align store activities with company goals.

• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in retail or a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage
