Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for our retail location in Bhubaneswar As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage inventory control. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, meeting sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and handling customer inquiries or issues. You will also be tasked with monitoring sales performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and training team members to deliver excellent service. This is an on-site position.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Customer service expertise, with a focus on building lasting relationships
• Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with retail management systems and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in retail management or a supervisory role is an asset
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
