About the Job
A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring that the store runs efficiently and meets its sales and operational goals.
Role & Responsibilities
Project Design and Delivery
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize
profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
Desired Experience And Skills
Education: Graduate with experience / Post Graduate
Years of Experience: 4-8 years
Should Have
- Well experienced as a retail Store Manager
- Leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
