Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role for a reputed international sunglasses brand, based in Shivamogga. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading and coaching store staff, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will handle escalated customer issues, coordinate promotional activities, and implement retail loss prevention measures. The role requires close collaboration with regional management, timely reporting, and maintaining a professional, brand-aligned store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive in-store experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding store teams, and coordinating with management.
• Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving sales performance in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Prior experience in fashion, eyewear, or premium retail brands preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Shivamogga, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory tools, and reporting).
• Relevant educational background in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
