Store Manager

Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Salary: Upto 4.2 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movement, and the Stores, QC & ET team. The role will ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day Stores, QC & ET operations.

* Monitor inventory and reconcile SAP with physical stock.

* Oversee material receiving, inspection, and GRN processes.

* Ensure proper warehouse operations and SAP material transfers.

* Supervise and manage the Stores, QC & ET team.

* Prepare and analyze inventory and stock valuation reports.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Production teams.

* Ensure material availability as per production requirements.

* Supervise packing activities as per delivery schedules.

* Maintain stores-related documentation and records.

* Participate in internal quality audits and daily shop-floor meetings.

* Prepare MOMM/WOMM reports and follow up on action points.

Qualification

* Education: Graduation/Diploma in Electrical

* Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.

* Strong inventory and warehouse management skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong coordination and team-management abilities.

* Prior experience with electrical equipment manufacturing company
