Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store sales while ensuring seamless day-to-day store operations. The role requires delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading and developing the store team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the store reflects Emori's premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium in-store experience.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize conversions and average order value.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the brand guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock audits, and inventory accuracy.
• Implement retail loss prevention measures and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Coordinate with the Head Office for marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Experience: 5–8 years in retail, with mandatory experience in the jewellery industry.
• Prior experience managing a premium or luxury retail store is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
