Store Manager-DTC

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Airtel SOPs, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive store revenue and maintain cost efficiency by tracking transactions, optimizing budgets, and implementing loss prevention measures.
• Deliver excellent in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and ensuring knowledgeable assistance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and improvement areas.
• Prepare store for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align store initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing customer-centric processes and upholding service excellence.
• Ensure inventory control, coordinate with supply chain for product availability, and conduct regular stock audits.
• Maintain a secure store environment through effective implementation of safety and asset protection measures.
