Role: Store Manager-Dark Store_Quick Commerce
Location: Lucknow
Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end operations of a dark store, ensuring smooth daily execution, manpower availability, and achievement of operational KPIs in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dark store operations
- Handle pickers and supervisors (hiring, rostering, productivity)
- Ensure SOP adherence for picking, packing, and dispatch
- Drive KPIs: SLA, productivity, accuracy, cancellations
- Coordinate with last-mile and central operations
- Monitor performance and take immediate corrective actions
- Control costs and improve operational efficiency
Requirments
- 1+ years experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce operations
- Must have worked in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar dark stores
- Experience handling ground teams and store-level KPIs
- Comfortable working in high-pressure operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
