Staff Management: Store managers are responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and supervisors
They must ensure that employees are knowledgeable about products, services, and store policies, and that they provide excellent customer service
Inventory Management: Store managers are responsible for monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for products, and ensuring that the store has sufficient stock to meet customer demand
They must also track sales trends to anticipate future inventory needs
