Position Details:

Role: Store Manager

Location: Lulu Mall, Kochi, Kerala

Department: Retail Operations

Reports To: Cluster Manager / Retail Head

Salary Package: 4.50 L – 6.00 L per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning

Drive sales targets and manage the store's Profit & Loss (P&L)

Represent the Adidas brand and ensure top-notch customer experience

Train, motivate, and develop the store team

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Conduct inventory audits and manage stock accuracy

Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and cash reconciliation

Handle customer queries and staff issues with professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field

3–6 years experience in retail store management (sportswear/fashion/lifestyle preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Sound knowledge of retail KPIs, P&L, and operations

Passion for sports, teamwork, and delivering excellence
