This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Jaipur. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales goals. Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for training and supervising team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional visitor experience
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to maintain efficient operations and safeguard assets
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing retail or hospitality operations
• Ability to solve problems effectively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry is an advantage
