Location: Downtown Market

Experience: Minimum 3 years

CTC: Up to 22,000 - 28,000 per month, based on skills and experience

Availability to Join: Immediate Joiner or candidate available to join in 15 days

About the Role:

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth store functioning.

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Handle sales, customer interactions, billing, inventory, and stock management.
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and product availability.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage and promote the store's Instagram/social media account and support basic digital marketing activities.
• Use technology-driven tools and systems for store management, reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.
• Prepare regular sales and store performance reports.
• Ensure proper coordination with management and other teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Experience in garments, textiles, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, inventory, and customer handling.
• Experience handling Instagram/social media accounts is preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for day-to-day store operations.
• Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Ability to independently manage the store.

Salary & Benefits: CTC up to 22,000 - 28,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
