Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Store Manager at Centreal Bazaar, located in Palai. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, enforce retail loss prevention strategies, and maintain the overall performance and appearance of the store. Additional responsibilities include supervising and motivating store staff, implementing store policies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Store Management, including inventory control and operations oversight
• Strong focus on Customer Service and proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Leadership abilities with experience in team management and performance improvement
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations efficiently
• Educational background - Minimum Degree or professional certification in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
