Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager - Beauty & Personal Care located in Gurugram. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, managing inventory effectively, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention measures. The role will also involve fostering a positive shopping environment and maintaining the highest operational standards to enhance the in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Store Management with a focus on achieving sales targets and managing staff
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and best practices
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Ability to handle end-to-end store operations and uphold brand standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in beauty and personal care retail or luxury retail is an advantage
