This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Store Manager at an Apple Store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing the customer experience, maintaining inventory control, driving sales performance, managing retail loss prevention, and creating an environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction goals
• Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relations
• Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations and leading a team
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and enhance store performance
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in retail management or a related field
• Passion for technology and familiarity with Apple products
