Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Indore at an Apple Authorised Reseller store under the iNSPiRE brand. The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, including sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand and Apple retail standards. The role involves coaching, motivating, and scheduling team members, setting clear targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences. The Store Manager will handle customer escalations, oversee cash management and retail loss prevention, and generate reports on sales, footfall, and key performance metrics. The position also requires close coordination with regional management and service teams to support promotions, new product launches, and cross-store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering premium in-store experiences.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including team leadership, performance management, inventory oversight, and daily operations in a retail environment.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and brand partners.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including cash handling controls, stock security, and compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in premium or consumer electronics retail; Apple or lifestyle brand experience is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and implement action plans to drive store performance.
- Comfort with using POS systems, basic reporting tools, and productivity software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
