Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive store sales performance and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units per Transaction).
- Identify opportunities to increase customer footfall and maximize profitability.
Customer Service
- Ensure high service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Train staff in customer interaction, product knowledge, and service excellence.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations including billing, cash handling, inventory, and stock management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain hygiene, store ambience, and security protocols.
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure timely execution of visual displays and seasonal changes as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor product presentation, stock availability, and size-set completeness.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, assign responsibilities, and manage staff schedules.
- Encourage teamwork, motivation, and consistent productivity.
Reporting
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and inventory updates.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate preferred with 37 years of retail experience (apparel/fashion industry required).
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of retail KPIs, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shift timings.
