Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for retail or hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end store operations including sales, staff management, inventory, and customer service
- Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and performance
- Monitor visual merchandising standards and ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of sales metrics and retail KPIs
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Apparel / Cosmetics / Luxury Retail / QSR / Hospitality chains
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong visual merchandising sense (for retail roles)
- Grooming and presentation skills (especially for premium brands)
