Role Overview
The Retail Sales Manager will oversee sales performance, store operations, and customer experience across all 7 Bazaari retail formats. This role requires an experienced retail leader who understands aspirational mass-luxury retail, excels in customer engagement, and is equally strong in operations, SOP adherence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Store Performance
• Drive sales targets across all stores and kiosks
• Track daily and monthly performance, ABV, and conversion
• Support in-store campaigns and product launches
Customer Experience
• Ensure a warm, premium, and customer-friendly experience across all outlets
• Train teams on customer interaction, upselling, and brand storytelling
• Handle key customer escalations and ensure high service standards
Hiring & Training (Primary Focus)
• Lead hiring of store teams and Store Managers
• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, SOPs, and sales skills
• Mentor teams through store visits, reviews, and performance feedback
Operations & SOPs
• Ensure strict adherence to retail SOPs, hygiene, inventory, and cash handling
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for smooth stock flow
• Monitor shrinkage, damages, and operational discipline
Reporting
• Review MIS, manpower productivity, and store-wise performance reports
• Share insights and corrective actions with management

• 10+ years of experience in retail sales and operations
• Experience managing multi-store retail chains
• Background in aspirational mass, premium, or luxury retail preferred
• Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
• Process-driven with solid understanding of SOPs and operations
