Role Description

We are seeking a Gold Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. We are seeking a Gold Operations Manager with strong experience in the jewellery industry (gold & silver). The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling precious metals, customer transactions, and branch-level team management. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate evaluation, and a professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Oversee all branch-level operations related to gold and silver transactions
• Manage and supervise branch staff, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and performance
• Conduct or supervise purity testing, weighing, and valuation of gold/silver ornaments
• Ensure proper handling, documentation, and security of all precious metals
• Experience in gold valuation, precision testing methods, and knowledge of the precious metals market
• Understanding of compliance procedures and financial transactions
• Min 6-7years of experience in gold/silver operations, preferably in the jewellery or gold-buying industry
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques, purity testing, and hallmarking
• Leadership and people management skills, with experience in handling a team at branch level
• Previous experience in jewelry, precious metals, or retail industries is an advantage
