Working Hours: Mon - Sat 9 AM to 9 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations

of our store/stockroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing,

and safeguarding materials, equipment, and products to ensure efficient inventory management

and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.

Organize and store items in designated locations.

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.

Issue materials and products as per approved requisitions or orders.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team for replenishment.

Conduct regular stock-taking and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Label and tag inventory correctly for easy identification.

Handle returns, damages, and expired products as per company policy.

Assist with periodic audits and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in logistics or store management is a plus.

Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory assistant (2–3 years preferred).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS

Excel).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good physical stamina to lift and move goods.

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in warehouse/manufacturing.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
