JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
- Work with Purchasing to order stock and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Refuse damaged or incorrect items and manage documentation of returns.
- Help conduct inventory audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and check quality/quantity against delivery notes.
- Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
- Monitor and take inventory regularly, compile orders based on stock levels.
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage areas.
JOB REQUIREMNTS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or inventory systems.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Sometimes educational requirements (e.g., O-Level/ITE or higher).
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work in a team.
