Who Are We
HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.
What We Want You To Do
- Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy
- Identify and report discrepancies, such as spoilage, damage, or quantity mismatches
- Maintain accurate records of all items received, issued, and dispatched
- Unpack and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and compliance
- Store goods using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to prevent waste and deterioration
- Package and dispatch materials as per internal guidelines, ensuring proper handling and on-time delivery
- Update inventory sheets in Excel, track low stock items, and notify the manager for replenishment
- Support additional inventory-related tasks as required.
What Are We Looking In You
- 24 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management in Pharma or Diagnostics
- Experience in Pharma or Diagnostics will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
- Knowledge of FIFO and general inventory practices
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse materials
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
