**Position: Storekeeper**
**Salary: INR 25,000 35,000**
**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Inventory Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
2. **Order Processing:**
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Prepare and process requisitions for the purchase of supplies and equipment.
3. **Storage and Organization:**
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Implement effective storage solutions to optimize space and accessibility.
4. **Documentation:**
- Keep detailed records of all stock transactions, deliveries, and shipments.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock usage, and reorder points.
5. **Quality Control:**
- Monitor and report any issues related to the quality of received goods.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity.
6. **Coordination:**
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requisitions.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues.
7. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the handling and storage of materials.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft or damage to stored items.
**Qualifications and Experience:**1. **Educational Background:**
- Completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
2. **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role.
3. **Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other relevant equipment (if applicable).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
