Demand forecasting, planning for raw materials requirement.

2. Monitoring stock levels regularly and maintain the reports.

3. Responsible for receiving all materials and store them in an organized manner.

4. Inspect receipt for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.

5. Requesting raw materials (MR) to purchase in a timely manner and follow-up regularly with purchase team

6. Minimizing stock outs and overstocking

7. Identifying potential bottlenecks

8. Ensure Complete Documentation of all Receipt, Issue & Shortage and Sent Material.

9. Coordinating with Quality Team Regarding Incoming Quality.

10. Monitoring outward materials and outward activities

11. Proper storing as per stacking norms & Following FIFO, FEFO Method.

12. Maintaining 5S

13. Training - to subordinates for new products and raw materials.

14. Reconciliation of materials on monthly basis make physically Stock.

15. Monitoring activities of casual Laborers.

16. Scheduling orders and pending orders.

17. Coordinating with transporter for dispatches and incoming materials.

18. Monitors demand and analyses data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs

19. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

20. Implementing new proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve efficacy of supply chain logistics.

21. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

1. Inventory / Supply Chain Professional

2. Manufacturing Company Experience (Interior Industry Preferable)

3. Any ERP experience

4. Advanced Excel experience

5. Good Communication & Leadership Skills
