Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge, located in Bengaluru. The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. Duties also include handling customer service inquiries, enforcing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
