We are seeking an experienced Store Incharge to manage our retail store operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Supervise and train store staff to enhance their performance.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
