Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge, based in Noida. Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Incharge will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the store, addressing customer needs, and maintaining store efficiency to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Store Management with a focus on inventory control and operational efficiency
- Knowledge and skills in Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard company assets
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Relevant experience in a store or warehouse management position is a plus
