Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning of material as per project requirement, ensuring 100% stock availability.
- Arrange all local materials as per the project requirement.
- Recording of material receipt in ERP, post quality & quantity check.
- Recording of material Issue in ERP, post quality & quality check.
- 100 % accuracy of physical stock vs book stock.
- Maintain all the established process and compliance as per the SOP.
Qualifications
Graduate.
Inventory management, organizing skills. ERP knowledge.
Experiences
3 – 5 Years.
Core Competencies
- Material availability within TAT with no production loss at project site.
- Completion of all entries in ERP & reports by 3rd of every month for the previous month.
- Maintenance of minimum stock level.
Preferred Competencies
- Planning & indent w.r.t stock availability & project requirement.
- Physical stock count for all materials on a monthly basis, with 100% accuracy.
- Tracking of material against Indent.
- Recording of receipt & issue of material.
- Review stock reports/ levels to maintain minimum level.
- Stock reconciliation for A category material every month & for B&C Category every 3 Months.
- Manage minimum stock availability to ensure zero production loss.
- Arrangement of material according to the project requirement.
- Timely delivery of materials/stock.
